This is a form of sponsored advertising for livestream videos on Facebook. You can advertise your video while it is being streamed live or after the video has ended to reach a broader audience. This is done by creating a Live video ad in the Ads Manager or on your Facebook page.
Using Facebook ads live helps draw more attention to your products and services, introduce unique features, and answer questions in real-time. You can also use this type of advertising to share moments with fans, encouraging interaction through features like reactions, shares, and comments.
This type of advertising is similar to regular video ads, but the screen includes a “Live” icon, and the video can run much longer than a typical ad. Not every advertiser can run Live video ads during a live broadcast.
The advantages of this type of advertising include reaching more people, targeting customers more accurately, improving views, and increasing conversion rates for purchases. Moreover, Facebook ads live campaigns help build a loyal customer base and enhance brand recognition.
If you advertise a Live video during a broadcast, that video will only appear on the Facebook News Feed. The video will be advertised after the live broadcast ends and can appear in all ad placements. For ad placements within the stream, it’s only for videos that are 15 seconds or shorter.
